Irvine Company and Aramark owned cafe using Starbucks licensed coffee products. This is better than the starbucks locations. Most SB locations have converted to take out only to maximize profit. Food quality here much better than SB. A starbucks food boxes which are 8-10$ for some cold boiled eggs and pieces of cheese are as cheap as you can get. They serve wine/beer and hot food. Flatbread like pizza, burritos, there is a constantly updated menu near the cash register. Served on china and serving dishes. No plastic and non-compostable disposables filling up the landfill. Veg Burrito/Mediterranean Wrap: very well composed with everything made on site. Fresh lettuce mix, tomato, cucumber, tzatziki, fried garbanzos. Seems healthier than a normal burrito with the carbs from rice and beans. No rice in this one and limited beans to reduce carb load. Might be the healthiest item on the menu at a reasonable price. Flatbread: margarita FB. Served piping hot, has tomato sauce, pesto, fresh mozz, tomato slices. 14$; more expensive than getting 2 slices of pizza from pizza my heart down the street but convenient. The pesto adds a salty component to the pizza. About the equivalent of a costco 2$ pizza slice or 2 slices from Pizza my heart. Higher quality ingredients in the flatbread. The fb has real cheese not the cheapest pizza cheese available which contains non food filler like wood pulp. Less carbs in the flat bread; don't have to eat the large amounts of dough in a pizza slice. Croissant: microwaved hot croissant. Problem is the steam inside from the microwaving process steams the inside back to raw dough. All of the donut shops do this. Is ok but not worth it after paying almost 5$. Better off avoiding or getting one stale. Menu constantly changing. Pesto chicken panini, butternut soup. tomato soup. All good. The soups come with pieces of cheese bread. Like mini cheese pizzas. Very filling. Between $10-$20 for veggie wrap/soup-flatbreads and paninis. Good business with some ethics vs. optimizing for every last cent of profit. Cafe designed that actually cares about delivering what customers want. Lots of people doing work at this location. They seem to treat their workers better than SB and Panera Bread. Hopefully we see more locations in the future. Clean: new building. The shopping center across the street is 30-50yo. Older shopping centers are code for rats and roaches. Can exterminate but various pests are endemic. Roaches and rats are nocturnal feeders so they aren't visible when patrons are inside the restaurants.. They encourage sitting and having a coffee or drink after work to relax and have a meeting or work on the computer. Very quiet. There are people there in deep thought working on research papers. Never seen that in a SB. Good place to concentrate without noise or distractions. Limited parking, have to walk to cafe or use the limited 2 space parking for guests and cafe visitors in the adjacent parking garage. Prices up min 1$ in 2025. Water bottle used to be 4.xx now 5.xx. Seems like all items up min $1.00

Redwood Place Cafe is located on the corner of the Redwood Place Apartment Homes. There is limited guest parking (I believe it was 1 or 2 hour parking, I forgot which it was) in the private garage. This is a nice little area to walk around as well, which I enjoyed. Modern and sleek exterior and interior, they have a good amount of seats inside as well as outside in their patio area. Awesome hidden gem to sip some tea at and get some studying / work done here, but they close relatively early (7 PM every day). They have a good amount of food choices on their menu, if I have not already ate lunch, I would had definitely tried one of their flatbreads because it sounded and looked delicious. They offer a limited Starbucks menu as well - I did not see their Iced Matched Green Tea Latte and Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino, I was wondering if they have it and forgot to ask - maybe next time.

Redwood Place Cafe and Market for a quick coffee, and I'm glad I did. The cafe has such a cozy, rustic atmosphere with a modern touch that makes it the perfect spot to relax or get some work done. The coffee was smooth, rich, and had that perfect balance of boldness without being too bitter. You can tell they care about quality here. Staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. I noticed they had a nice selection of pastries, sandwiches, and market items too, definitely will be back to try more! Whether you're a coffee lover or just looking for a relaxing spot to unwind, Redwood Place is a hidden gem worth checking out.

Redwood Place Cafe is a hidden, semi-private cafe/marketplace that blends casual with high-end ambiance admist a quaint suburban neighborhood of grassy fields, apartments/condos. There's sufficient garage parking (look for the first exit around the round about) and plenty of indoor and covered patio seating. A limited Starbucks menu and several marketplace foods (eg chia seed pudding) to baked goods and made-to-order dishes complete the cafe part of this tucked away, quaint area. FYI the bathrooms are excellent and clean. Staff is constantly cleaning and tidying up. The eats: - breakfast burrito $10: small-ish (perfect for the just-hungry) but it is an excellent blend of spices, potato, fluffy eggs wrapped hot tortilla. Add on the excellent chipotle-like side sauce and you've got a winner. Definitely worth it. - a side of caffeine always makes a study experience all the better. Again, be ware that this isn't a Starbucks so my iced PSL was a tad different from my expectations but decent nonetheless. To answer those asking, no you cannot use your Starbucks rewards/points.

Chill little marketplace with Starbucks coffee and tasty sandwiches and other light food. I had a chicken quesadilla and my son had the pepperoni flatbread and an oreo croissant. The chicken was cubed, but other than that, the red onion and green pepper were fresh and delightful. My latte was the right temperature and tasted like any other Starbucks latte. I noticed that the seating along the edge against the wall also has plenty of power available. That seems like it would make it a great place to hang out for working or studying. It's air conditioned and pretty chill. Finally, the service was fantastic and welcoming.

Came here to work in the morning through the afternoon and this place was perfect. Ordered a sandwhich which are pre made and then they heat for you. The place was mostly empty so worked out well to take meetings and be on video. There's a nice park across the street too and outside seating incase you need that. For parking, there's free parking in the garage across the street from the cafe so great quiet place to relax and work!

I'm gate keeping this FORSURE. Driving down the major streets, you would never know this is here. Know that parking is limited and on the right side of the roundabout in a parking structure that's gated after a certain point. However, driving to the cafe, there's a parking not too far away which has a bigger parking lot which i'm sure patrons can park at and walk to the cafe. Walking inside, you'll be in awe at the high ceilings and modern decor that echos from wall to wall. The middle area you'll find the coffee station and cashier to order both drinks and small bites. Along the inner area are bottled drinks and snacks you can take on the go. I had ordered a Mocha and it was your typical mocha latte. I'm sure if I had asked for it dining in instead of to go, it would've been in a nicer cup. Definitely a place to come get work done as they have plenty of indoor seating along with outdoor seating. (However, not when it's raining, there's no awning to protect outside use) Not to mention there's also outlets under the seats to keep your devices charged.

I found my new fav WFH spot! This place has so much seating & is super modern. They offer drinks fr Starbucks & also other food items from the cafe. We ordered the BBQ Chicken & Margherita flatbreads & a strawberry açaí. The strawberry açaí was a lot sweeter than usual and it seemed like it was very syrup heavy. I really liked the bbq chicken flatbread over the Margherita. The bbq chicken dipped in ranch was delicious and I was hesitant on how their food would be but it surprised me. I think for the price too it was a decent size. The Margherita was good but when we got it, the mozzarella was solidifying already so it didn't have a cheese pull. I love the amount of pesto they put on it though! Parking: There wasn't many spots for the guest parking in the garage. It is free & says limit is 2 hrs. Not sure if the other garages have guest parking but there's also a park across that you could probably park at. They do have free wifi, plenty of outlets & even board games. The music isn't too loud either so it makes for a good work spot! There's both indoor & outdoor seating.

This new cafe/market just opened in this apartment complex about 2 weeks ago. I noticed when I was taking my kiddos to Muwekma park, which is awesome as a side note. They have a restaurant menu with breakfast items, salads, sandwiches, flatbreads and salads, and also serve beer, wine and starbucks coffee (though not officially starbucks so you can't use gift cards, points etc) The market sells pastries, bagels, tons of snacks, drinks, and beer and wine to go! Ample seating inside and on the patio
